The Employment Engagement Equation
Our Employment Engagement Equation (E3) is a conceptual model which recognizes that both the employer and the employees have needs within the workplace. When these needs are consistently met and kept in balance, the company will achieve a state of mutual employment engagement. From there, corporate objectives can be achieved.
 In its application, E3 is a malleable tool for each company to reference in determining what is required to achieve the balance that suits their specific culture and working environment. Employee engagement is as dynamic and ever-changing as your employees and the business environment in which you operate.
