This fraternal was undergoing a corporate restructuring and culture change.

They needed assistance in connecting this new strategic direction with the needs of their employees.

Constraints
fraternal resources did not have the time or expertise to put together a strategy document that could objectively see where the connects and disconnects existed between their employees and the mission and values of the fraternal itself.
Strategy & Process

The Collin Baer Group provided an objective evaluation, detailed recommendations, and a meaningful action plan.

We interviewed individuals from the management team, and reviewed all documentation about the fraternal’s history and new changes being contemplated.

We drafted a discussion paper that crystallized employees’ issues and listed specifically what the fraternal needed to do to ensure employees remained connected and engaged with the fraternal’s mission and values.

Results
The fraternal rolled out the new strategic direction and appropriately included the employees in the process, as stipulated in our strategy document.

Employees are more engaged, and the fraternal is meeting both its fraternal and business objectives.
