Issue at hand & Objective

This fraternal wanted to reinvent their image and update their marketing kit so that members would see them as current and up-to-date, and to ensure their value proposition was clearly communicated to continue to attract new members.

Constraints
This fraternal’s resources were lean; they did not internally house marketing and communication expertise.
Strategy & Process

The Collin Baer Group was brought in because we understood the fraternal’s value proposition and have the requisite product knowledge and marketing expertise.

We met with the fraternal’s management committee to learn what they wanted to achieve with its members through a new marketing kit.

We developed a new fraternal name, logo, look and feel, and completely redesigned the current marketing material.

Results
The fraternal now presents a new brighter image that is fresh and in-tune with the new younger members they want to recruit.

Membership is up, and the fraternal’s growth objectives are being met.
