Penny Mitchell has been with The Collin Baer Group since Day 1. She advises Daphne on marketing and corporate identity issues, and handles the finances and administration.

Penny is a highly versatile marketing communications specialist and business operations manager. Self-employed since 1991 in marketing communications and graphic design, and with over 15 years experience in the group insurance industry before that, Penny brings a robust set of skills and knowledge to The Collin Baer Group.

Outside of work, Penny is actively involved in the community, participating in and assisting with courses conducted by Landmark Education, and she is currently pursuing a diploma in group facilitation and counseling skills through The Haven Institute in BC.
